PAM 2023: how to prepare for a military transfer ? The Plan Annuel de Mutation en 2023, or PAM 2023, which officially begins at the start of the calendar year, is designed to improve and reinforce support for military personnel in their change of residence when a transfer order is issued.
Military transfers: what is the AMP 2023?
First of all, PAM stands for Annual Mutation Plan. It is set up by the Ministry of the Armed Forces as part of the Family Plan. The aim is to simplify the mobility of military personnel when they are transferred. The peak period for changes of residence is between mid-May and mid-August of the current year. The first thing to do when you are transferred to a new posting is to calculate your entitlements as a member of the military.
