What is the PFMD Muter Loger?
The official platform of the Ministry of the Armed Forces, the PFMD Muter Loger, is a system set up for the relocation of military residences as part of the Family Plan. The objective is to simplify the procedures related to transfer orders. DMP facilitates military moves through digitized processes. Furthermore, it does not require any advance payment.
Who is the PFMD Muter Loger for?
All military personnel in the Army, Air and Navy can use PFMD Muter Loger to organize their move.
Who should you contact to express your desire to change territory?
Under MAP 2023, military personnel are in contact with several actors for their change of residence:
- The Change of Residence Advisor (RCC)
- The Joint Mobility Support Centre (CIMOB)
In addition, at the PFMD Muter Loger level, a moving expert is dedicated to each file to support families both in their move and in specific steps (search for a property, search for school and nursery, help in finding employment for the spouse, transfer of various contracts and subscriptions…)
How do I submit my request to the PFMD Muter Loger?
1/ I calculate my rights on the PFMD Muter Loger
2/ I receive my quotes within 72 hours following the call with the moving expert
3/ I open my rights to Simplified Procedures:

How do I select my quote on the PFMD Muter Loger?
Go to your personal space after creating your account, then in your folder tab “move quote”. You will see your quotes (between 3 and 6 quotes proposed, of which at least 2 under your financial ceiling) and can select the one that suits you best. Your choice will be sent to the CIMOB and once it is validated, you must go to the Simplified Procedures website to submit your application:

The links to Simplified Procedures are only accessible on the INTRADEF network for the moment
Note: the administration will only cover the move within the ceiling. Therefore, if you exceed it, you can either choose a lower level of benefit or take over the difference.
