Making a success of your entry inspection
An inventory of fixtures gives you security if it’s done properly. We give you the keys to a successful entry inspection.
Carry out your inspection during the day
We recommend that you carry out your inspection during the day, so that you can spot any defects in natural light. However, don’t forget to test all electrical installations. At the start of the rental, your landlord will ask you for a deposit. Then, at the end of the contract, he will be entitled to keep this sum if he finds that the property has been damaged. So be sure to check everything on arrival, to avoid any unpleasant surprises at the end of the contract.
